What We Do

Redman Controls & Electronics Ltd designs and builds automated welding machines. They are often used in the Tig, Plasma and Mig welding process where improved weld accuracy, production and quality is required. Our controls have been fitted to Electron Beam chambers and we have added Lasers to our machines.

Our weld controls cover the range from very low amperage micro welding to high current fabrication and pipe cladding.

These controls include wire feed units, arc voltage controls, precision rotators and slides, weld vision cameras, video tracking systems, multi axis and complete automated weld systems that control all aspects of the process.
