• A range of hard facing weld controls available from wire feeds, AVC's, indexing slides, Hot Wire power sources as individual units or integrated for a completely automated process.
• We also integrate our weld vision cameras to provide highly magnified image of the weld layer.

• Automatic operation via remote digital pendant on flexible lead allowing operator mobility.
• 'Hot Wire Facility' - a low voltage / high current power supply to increase deposition rate and decrease dilution of the hard coating.
• Optional 'Cross Bore Welding Facility' for programming of interior bore intersections - allows for accurate uninterrupted welding between bores.
• Weld menus and parameters touch screen displayed and capable of manual override.
• Weld programs can be created, stored and recalled and weld profile data logged.
• Spiral layers or indexed with programmable bead width.
